Job Summary

In a hybrid capacity based in Sunnyvale, California, the full-time California Licensed HSE Manager will create and implement health, safety, and environmental programs for small to medium-sized clients while promoting compliance and risk management initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a proactive culture to influence stakeholders and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Manage initiatives to meet regulatory and compliance requirements while tracking operational and safety risks
• Monitor injury and incident reports, providing recommendations to prevent future risks and improve compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 4-6 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience
• Additional certifications as required by local authority
• Strong leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality and efficiency
• In-depth knowledge of Google Suite and Smartsheet
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive and complicated information effectively
