Job Summary
Supporting HR strategies and compliance, the part-time California Licensed Human Resources Consultant will conduct employee relations activities, assist with HR investigations, and collaborate with business stakeholders in a remote contract role.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct employee and labor relations activities while assisting with HR investigations
- Support the development and deployment of HR strategies, programs, and policies in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence
- Research and analyze organizational data to identify trends and recommend solutions to HR challenges
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of Employee Relations & Investigations experience
- 2+ years of Labor Relations experience (preferred)
- Background in investigations and familiarity with California labor laws
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Strategic Roadmap plans
- Preferred: SPHR Certification
