California Licensed Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist responsible for full cycle HR tactics while supporting company goals and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support managers and employees on various HR matters, including benefits and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with regulations and manage recruitment and employee leave coordination
• Provide high-level customer service and assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in the Human Resources field preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Associate/Junior Generalist or Generalist required
• Bachelor's degree required
• Healthcare recruitment experience highly preferred
• Experience using HRIS systems and ATS, with Workday preferred
