To enhance automation in identity governance, the full-time California Licensed IAM Engineer will design and maintain solutions for user onboarding, automate provisioning processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for end-user onboarding of non-Active Directory applications
- Automate user provisioning and de-provisioning processes while ensuring compliance with access governance standards
- Collaborate with IAM, application, and infrastructure teams to optimize automation workflows and improve efficiency
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in IAM engineering, architecture, or equivalent roles
