Job Summary
To enhance clinical quality and patient safety, the per diem California Licensed ICU Consultant will provide consultation and education on accreditation, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducts advanced statistical analysis and develops quality improvement metrics to support clinical initiatives
- Facilitates education and compliance with regulatory standards, serving as a liaison with government and regulatory agencies
- Implements and monitors quality improvement programs, identifying areas for enhancement and ensuring adherence to best practices
Required qualifications:
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in a clinical setting or health care administration
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field
- Registered Nurse License (California)
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with databases and continuous quality improvement tools
