Job Summary
To enhance clinical quality and patient safety, the part-time California Licensed ICU Consultant will provide consultation and education on regulatory compliance, develop quality improvement initiatives, and analyze clinical data remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Consult on clinical quality and patient safety, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Develop and implement evidence-based guidelines and quality improvement initiatives
- Collect, analyze, and present clinical data to various stakeholders for quality improvement efforts
Required qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in a clinical setting or health care administration
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field
- Registered Nurse License (California)
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with databases and spreadsheets or continuous quality improvement (CQI) tools
