Job Summary

To enhance clinical quality and patient safety, the part-time California Licensed ICU Quality Consultant will provide consultation and education on accreditation, risk management, and infection control while conducting data analysis and developing quality improvement initiatives remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conducts advanced statistical analysis to support quality improvement efforts and presents findings to stakeholders
  • Develops and implements quality improvement initiatives and compliance strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on quality improvement processes, providing consultation on regulatory requirements and developing educational programs
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role in a clinical or healthcare setting
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in quality improvement or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field
  • Registered Nurse License (California)
  • Proficiency with databases and spreadsheets or continuous quality improvement (CQI) tools
