Job Summary
To support clinical quality and patient safety initiatives, the part-time per diem California Licensed ICU Quality Consultant will provide consultation, develop quality improvement programs, and analyze clinical data remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based guidelines to optimize patient outcomes
- Collect, analyze, and present clinical data to various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Facilitate education on compliance methods and quality improvement metrics, serving as a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in a clinical setting or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field
- Registered Nurse License (California)
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with databases and continuous quality improvement tools
