Job Summary
To enhance clinical quality and patient safety, the part-time California Licensed ICU Quality Consultant will provide consultation, develop evidence-based guidelines, and analyze clinical data while working remotely on a per diem basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducts advanced statistical analysis and presents quality improvement metrics to stakeholders
- Develops and implements quality improvement initiatives and compliance strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Serves as a subject matter expert on quality improvement processes and regulatory compliance for internal and external stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in a clinical setting or health care administration
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field
- Registered Nurse License (California)
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with databases and continuous quality improvement tools
