California Licensed ICU Quality Consultant
Job Summary
To enhance clinical quality and patient safety, the part-time California Licensed ICU Quality Consultant will provide expert consultation, develop evidence-based guidelines, and analyze clinical data while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and present quality improvement metrics to stakeholders
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Serve as a subject matter expert on quality improvement processes, providing education and guidance on regulatory compliance and best practices
Required qualifications:
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in a clinical setting or health care administration
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field
- Registered Nurse License in California
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with databases and continuous quality improvement tools
