Job Summary
To enhance clinical quality and patient safety, the part-time California Licensed ICU Quality Consultant will provide consultation, develop evidence-based guidelines, analyze clinical data, and support compliance with regulatory standards in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and develop quality improvement metrics to support organizational goals
- Facilitate education on compliance methods and regulatory requirements while monitoring quality improvement initiatives
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing consultation on quality improvement processes and fostering partnerships for improved patient safety
Required qualifications:
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in a clinical setting or health care administration
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and six (6) years of experience in quality or performance improvement
- Registered Nurse License (California)
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with databases and continuous quality improvement tools
