Job Summary
To support quality improvement initiatives, the per diem California Licensed ICU Quality Consultant will provide consultation and education on clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducts advanced statistical analysis and develops quality improvement metrics to enhance clinical practices and patient outcomes
- Facilitates education and compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring continuous survey readiness and effective risk management
- Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to implement evidence-based guidelines and improve quality performance across the organization
Required qualifications:
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in a clinical setting or health care administration
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field
- Registered Nurse License (California)
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with databases and continuous quality improvement tools
