Job Summary
To enhance clinical quality and patient safety, the part-time California Licensed ICU Quality Consultant will provide consultation and education on accreditation, risk management, and infection control, while developing and implementing evidence-based guidelines and analyzing clinical data in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives by analyzing clinical data and presenting findings to stakeholders
- Conduct advanced statistical analyses and root cause investigations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations
- Facilitate education and training programs for staff on quality improvement processes and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in a clinical setting or health care administration
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field
- Registered Nurse License (California)
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with databases and continuous quality improvement tools
