California Licensed ICU Registered Nurse

Job Summary

Providing virtual comprehensive nursing care, the part-time California Licensed ICU Registered Nurse will develop, implement, and review health care plans for the dependents of Active Duty and eligible retirees while working remotely Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and consult on nursing care for acute and chronically ill adult to geriatric patients with complex medical-surgical conditions
• Collect, document, and analyze physiological, hemodynamic, and laboratory results, reporting findings to on-site medical staff
• Perform nursing care procedures and contribute to case management by assessing and collaborating with medical providers and families

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Nursing Degree
• At least one active state nurse license, preferably compact state licensure
• Three years of experience in adult critical care or Tele-Critical Care within the last five years
• Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
• Critical Care Nurse certification (CCRN, CCRN-E, or CCRN-K) required within six months of onboarding
