Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Immigration Attorney (Remote, Pacific Hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide range of employment-based immigration matters including H-1B, TN, E-3, L-1, O-1, and permanent residency processes
• Provide strategic guidance and program oversight beyond individual case handling
• Manage high-touch, client-facing communications and conduct job change assessments

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant business immigration experience
• Strong knowledge of both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories
• Demonstrated experience in higher-level strategy, client advising, and program management
• Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing
• Must be available to start in early August and commit through mid-April 2026
