Key Responsibilities

• Expand understanding of US Immigration Law and case processing for various non-immigrant visa types
• Draft and organize forms and documents as directed by the Team Manager
• Process and organize government correspondence and enter data into internal management platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
• 3-5 years of business immigration law experience required
• Demonstrated ability to utilize office software accurately and efficiently
• Willingness to adapt to updates in office technology
• Excellent time management and organization skills
