Job Summary

To support logistics operations, the full-time California Licensed Import/Export Manager will manage import compliance, develop transportation strategies, and oversee customs brokerage processes, with a preference for onsite work in Fremont, CA, while also allowing for remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement transportation and logistics strategies to optimize costs and network efficiency
  • Manage import compliance and customs brokerage processes with carriers and brokers
  • Lead negotiations for 3PL and freight contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and terms
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in International Business or Supply Chain Management
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics and 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Proficiency in ERP/TMS systems and knowledge of UPS, FedEx, and DHL for domestic and international shipments
  • Familiarity with Customs Border Protection (CBP) and other regulatory matters
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, for data analysis and reporting
