A company is looking for an In House Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial SAAS agreements with large enterprise and strategic customers
• Provide legal advice to various teams, summarizing legal concepts and risks relevant to business operations
• Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes

Required Qualifications

• JD degree
• 3-6 years of attorney work experience in commercial contracts and technology transactions
• Admitted to the bar and in good standing in at least one U.S. state, preferably California
