Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the firm's settlement function across all practice areas
• Lead, supervise, and mentor the settlement team while establishing workflows and best practices
• Standardize settlement processes, including documentation and client communication protocols

Qualifications and Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California
• 7+ years of litigation experience with exposure to settlement processes
• Experience in settlement administration or trust accounting preferred
• Management or team leadership experience preferred
