Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of quarterly and annual income tax provisions under ASC 740
• Manage outsourced tax compliance and reporting for partnerships and LLCs
• Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the company

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
• CPA required
• 5-7+ years of income tax experience in a public accounting setting
• Strong hands-on ASC 740 tax provision experience
• Advanced Excel skills
