California Licensed Information Security Analyst

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing organizational security, the full-time California Licensed Information Security Analyst will lead vulnerability management, coordinate incident response activities, and ensure compliance with security policies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead vulnerability management activities and coordinate remediation of system vulnerabilities
• Participate in threat hunting and security incident response, developing response readiness with IT teams
• Provide consultative support for projects requiring Information Security oversight to ensure compliance with policies and standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Security, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing and configuring network or operating systems software
• 3+ years of experience in organizational information security or providing security consulting services
