California Licensed Inpatient Case Manager RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inpatient Case Manager RN to coordinate patient care during hospital stays.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and develop discharge plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Review medical records to determine medical necessity and appropriateness of care
• Facilitate communication with healthcare providers and resolve issues with medical directors

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• Experience using EZCAP
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in case management and understanding of Utilization Management standards
• Ability to educate and train staff members as needed
