Job Summary

To support profitable business development, the full-time California Licensed Inside Broker will manage a broker's book of business remotely, providing technical expertise, customer service, and ensuring optimal market placements for commercial insurance accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with brokers to ensure client satisfaction and strategic market placement for commercial accounts
• Evaluates submissions from retail insurance brokers and analyzes risk exposures to determine suitable insurance markets
• Drives revenue growth through lead generation and meticulous account management while addressing retail brokers' needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business Administration, Sales, or Risk Management
• 5+ years of experience in Wholesale Brokerage, Commercial Insurance Sales, or Underwriting with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's degree
• State P&C and/or surplus line license is required
