Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative, Employee Benefits (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Market and generate new sales of insurance products through existing agents/brokers and new client relationships
• Coordinate new business quote requests and follow up with agents/brokers to maintain quote activity
• Utilize internal systems for activity tracking and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient sales processes

Required Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
• 2+ years of professional experience in a related selling or telemarketing environment (required)
• Associate's Degree (preferred)
• Active Life & Health License must be obtained within 90 days of employment
• Understanding of insurance products and knowledge of carrier plan features and benefits
