Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in residential solar operations, with 5+ years in operations management
• Proven leadership and team development experience
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data for performance improvements
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
