Job Summary
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer who will perform needs assessments and job/task analyses to analyze training needs and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, design, and develop training materials and consult with clients on appropriate training solutions
- Interpret complex technical project information into training material for diverse audiences
- Manage multiple projects, including scope, milestones, schedules, and deliverables to support training goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, business, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in designing and developing technical course materials
- Demonstrated experience applying instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
- Experience with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in a utility company or with Agile software development projects is preferred
