Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Insurance Account Manager, the full-time remote role will manage client onboarding, provide midterm service for existing accounts, and ensure high-touch communication to foster strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard and offboard clients effectively
- Process audits, claims, and mid-term policy changes requiring coverage knowledge
- Field client coverage questions and participate in pre-renewal meetings with the service team
Required qualifications
- Active California Property & Casualty License
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an Account Manager or Customer Service Representative role within commercial insurance
- Experience with EPIC or a similar agency management system
- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
