Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Insurance Account Manager, the full-time remote role will manage client onboarding, provide midterm service for existing accounts, and ensure high-touch communication to foster strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Onboard and offboard clients effectively
  • Process audits, claims, and mid-term policy changes requiring coverage knowledge
  • Field client coverage questions and participate in pre-renewal meetings with the service team
Required qualifications
  • Active California Property & Casualty License
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an Account Manager or Customer Service Representative role within commercial insurance
  • Experience with EPIC or a similar agency management system
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
