Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Auto Insurance Sales Agent-Remote (4x10 Shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Quote and close insurance policies for inbound warm leads in both Spanish and English
• Guide customers through the sales process and address their questions and concerns
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active, unrestricted Resident Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance producer license
• 1 or more years of experience in inbound sales or similar commission-based sales position
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Non-resident Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license in California within 45 days of hire
