Job Summary
Working remotely as a full-time California Licensed Insurance Agent, the Sales Representative will quote and close insurance policies for inbound leads, ensuring a seamless customer experience while meeting sales targets and utilizing company technology systems.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound warm leads and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Guide customers through the sales process, addressing questions and objections
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collaborate with team members to ensure satisfaction
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active, unrestricted Resident Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance producer license
- Ability to obtain a Non-resident Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license in California within 45 days of hire
- 1 or more years of experience in inbound sales or a similar commission-based position
- Strong typing skills and PC proficiency
