Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time California Licensed Insurance Agent, the Sales Representative will quote and close insurance policies for inbound leads, ensuring a seamless customer experience while meeting sales targets and utilizing company technology systems.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound warm leads and recommend tailored insurance solutions
  • Guide customers through the sales process, addressing questions and objections
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collaborate with team members to ensure satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Active, unrestricted Resident Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance producer license
  • Ability to obtain a Non-resident Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license in California within 45 days of hire
  • 1 or more years of experience in inbound sales or a similar commission-based position
  • Strong typing skills and PC proficiency
