Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters, including medical malpractice and slip and fall claims
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare motions
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• 2-5 years of experience in insurance defense, preferably in medical malpractice or slip and fall cases
• Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and meet deadlines
• Willingness to appear in court as needed in the SF Bay Area
