Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Defense Attorney with experience in banking, real estate, and title insurance litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent title insurers, financial institutions, and insured parties in state and federal court litigation
• Defend claims involving title defects, escrow errors, coverage disputes, lien priority issues, and fraudulent conveyances
• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in insurance defense, with an emphasis on title insurance or banking litigation preferred
• Familiarity with title insurance underwriting practices, real estate transactions, and lender services
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with efficiency
