Job Summary
To drive profitable growth and enhance customer experiences, the remote California Licensed Insurance Product Manager will develop and manage commercial insurance products while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for assigned commercial insurance products, including leading the design and implementation of new products and enhancements
- Identify market opportunities through competitive analysis, customer feedback, and industry trends
- Recommend new products, coverages, endorsements, and pricing strategies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field
- 5-10+ years of commercial property & casualty insurance experience
- 3+ years in Product Management, Underwriting, Product Development, or related roles focused on Commercial Property
