Job Summary

Supporting customers in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment, the full-time Remote Inbound Insurance Representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries regarding health insurance plans, benefits, and claims while working from home during Pacific Time Zone business hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume inbound customer interactions and provide information on health insurance plans and services
  • Research and resolve customer concerns, document interactions, and process claims as needed
  • Educate customers on available products and services while maintaining compliance with company policies
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in call centers, insurance, or related industries
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong internet connection with specified minimum speeds and latency requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work with multiple software programs simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
