California Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing insurance sales team, the full-time California Licensed Insurance Sales Agent will handle inbound warm leads, quote and close insurance policies, and ensure a seamless customer experience in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Quote and close insurance policies for leads received via phone and digital submissions
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions while guiding them through the sales process
• Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active, unrestricted Resident Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance producer license
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Non-resident Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license in California within 45 days of hire
• 1 or more years of experience in inbound sales or a similar commission-based sales position
• Strong typing skills and PC proficiency
