Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the remote California Licensed Insurance Specialist will manage inbound support tickets regarding commercial insurance, assist with customer onboarding, and maintain documentation while contributing to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the first line of defense for inbound support tickets, ensuring efficient triage and management of issues related to commercial insurance
  • Collaborate with Risk & Compliance Teams to identify trends, escalate reviews, and process documentation effectively
  • Support the onboarding of new customers by assisting with insurance risk tiers and maintaining accurate data sets
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in commercial lines insurance and customer service within a tech-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the insurance domain
  • Familiarity with helpdesk systems and project management tools
  • Ability to create clear, user-friendly documentation and process guides
