Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive, the remote California Licensed Insurance Specialist will manage inbound support tickets regarding commercial insurance, assist with customer onboarding, and maintain documentation while contributing to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of defense for inbound support tickets, ensuring efficient triage and management of issues related to commercial insurance
- Collaborate with Risk & Compliance Teams to identify trends, escalate reviews, and process documentation effectively
- Support the onboarding of new customers by assisting with insurance risk tiers and maintaining accurate data sets
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial lines insurance and customer service within a tech-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the insurance domain
- Familiarity with helpdesk systems and project management tools
- Ability to create clear, user-friendly documentation and process guides
