Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim Counsel - Music Publishing Licensing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, coordination, and execution of due diligence projects related to music publishing and licensing
• Support licensing efforts and contract extensions with major music publishers
• Review and negotiate Statements of Work related to music assets used in marketing and other commercial applications

Required Qualifications

• Active U.S. law license
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, amendments, and extensions
• Demonstrated experience designing, leading, and executing due diligence initiatives
• Experience assessing legal and litigation risk
• Significant experience in at least one of the following industries: music, media, or news
