Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim Dentist to provide leadership for Quality of Care and Utilization Management programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Quality of Care program for dental services
• Lead Utilization Management activities, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain high standards of dental care delivery

Required Qualifications

• Active DDS license in California (required)
• Must reside in California (remote work permitted)
• Strong knowledge of dental quality standards, utilization management, and regulatory compliance
• Previous experience in managed care, quality assurance, or utilization review preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
