Job Summary
To support the international tax needs of the organization, the full-time California Licensed International Tax Manager will oversee US international tax compliance, manage global transfer pricing documentation, and lead strategic tax planning initiatives while working remotely from a U.S. location.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation, review, and timely filing of US international tax compliance documents
- Manage and review global transfer pricing documentation and compliance obligations
- Lead the strategy and implementation for BEPS Pillar Two and CbCR compliance
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of international US corporate tax experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- CPA, Masters, and/or JD in Tax or Accounting is a plus
- Experience in Big 4 and/or public companies within the technology sector is preferred
- Strong relationship skills and the ability to communicate complex tax concepts effectively
