Job Summary

Combining strong underwriting expertise with business development skills, the full-time California Licensed Investment Associate will underwrite commercial real estate transactions, analyze financial data, and manage deal flow while working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial real estate transactions across various asset classes and analyze borrower financials
• Source and originate new lending opportunities through industry relationships and manage the deal flow process
• Present investment and lending recommendations to leadership while coordinating due diligence and closing requirements

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate underwriting, investment analysis, or loan origination
• Strong understanding of commercial lending structures and financial analysis
• Proven ability to source and negotiate commercial deals
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with banks, private lenders, or institutional capital
