Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Invest Operations Associate to manage investment transactions and customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of investment-related customer support, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Handle specialized processes including levies, wire payments, and ACH disputes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support operations and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• FINRA SIE, Series 66, 7 license or will obtain within 6 months of hire
• 3-5 years of investment, banking, or financial operations experience
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and proactive approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
