Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time California Licensed IOP Therapist will manage a clinical caseload, facilitate therapy groups, and develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans while working remotely in California.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct IOP orientations for new patients, utilizing motivational interviewing to enhance retention and engagement
- Lead discharge planning and care coordination, ensuring connections to outpatient providers and community resources
- Facilitate psychotherapy and skills-based groups, providing clinical coverage during staff absences
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a licensed practitioner
- Current clinical licensure in California
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, trauma, and dual diagnosis
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote clinical work
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California
