California Licensed IS Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing large, diverse, and complex projects focused on Revenue Cycle applications, the full-time California Licensed IS Project Manager will plan, organize, and lead teams while collaborating with stakeholders and reporting to senior leadership in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead project teams to ensure successful execution of project tasks and alignment with objectives
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate collaboration and decision-making among multiple executive stakeholders with varying interests

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 8 years of Project Management experience in healthcare or IT, leading large and complex projects
• Experience applying Project Management methodologies and incorporating process improvement methodologies
• Proven ability to speak in professional presentation environments, such as conferences
• Experience in business development and strategic planning, including marketing and financial planning
