Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Issue Resolution department staff to ensure timely and high-quality resolution of warranty or liability damages
• Oversee the assignment process and monitor staff performance to maintain customer service standards
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to team members while maintaining compliance with service standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of two years in a supervisory role and four years in construction estimating or property adjusting
• Highly proficient in advanced computer skills
• Ability to effectively manage and supervise employees
• Strong negotiation techniques and ability to handle difficult issues under pressure
