Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, IT GxP Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage strategy and execution of GxP R&D, Clinical, and Commercial systems for efficiency and compliance
• Document and optimize business processes to identify improvement opportunities
• Lead full lifecycle of system implementation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field; MBA or MS preferred
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in biotech or life sciences
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to GxP environments
• Experience with Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, and Quality systems
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
