Job Summary

To enhance HR and recruiting systems, the remote California Licensed IT Project Manager will manage Workday HCM and Recruiting processes, collaborate with business teams, and oversee release activities on a contract basis for a duration of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Workday HCM/Recruiting between business and technical teams
• Design and improve business processes for better efficiency and user experience
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize requests, and define functional requirements

Required Qualifications

• Workday HCM and Recruiting certifications
• Project management experience
