California Licensed IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex projects remotely, the full-time California Licensed IT Project Manager will manage project delivery, develop cost-benefit analyses, and communicate status updates while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of complex projects, setting clear objectives and defined deliverables
• Develop and communicate project status utilizing dashboards and allocate necessary resources
• Lead cross-functional teams, motivating members and effectively managing stakeholder communication

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5-10 years of project management experience
• Experience with UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) and infrastructure (WAN/LAN/Wireless) preferred
• Strong skills in stakeholder communication, change management, and conflict resolution
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams effectively
