Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to enhance internal technology solutions and support a growing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for hardware, software, and access requests, efficiently resolving issues
- Build and maintain automations and AI workflows to streamline operational processes
- Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows, including account provisioning and device lifecycle management
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of hands-on IT Support, Systems Administration, or IT Engineering experience
- Extensive experience administering Okta, including SSO and lifecycle management
- Experience managing macOS and Windows devices using an MDM platform
- Proficiency in building automations with Okta Workflows and scripting languages
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace administration
