Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to enhance internal technology solutions and support a growing workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for hardware, software, and access requests, efficiently resolving issues
  • Build and maintain automations and AI workflows to streamline operational processes
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows, including account provisioning and device lifecycle management
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of hands-on IT Support, Systems Administration, or IT Engineering experience
  • Extensive experience administering Okta, including SSO and lifecycle management
  • Experience managing macOS and Windows devices using an MDM platform
  • Proficiency in building automations with Okta Workflows and scripting languages
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace administration
