Job Summary
Providing first-line technical support for end users, the part-time California Licensed IT Support Technician will install and troubleshoot workstation operating systems and printers, while maintaining effective communication with clients and service managers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot workstation operating systems, printers, and related components
- Provide phone technical support and onsite assistance to clients as needed
- Maintain real-time updates in the ticketing system regarding service calls and progress
Required qualifications
- CompTIA A+ Certification required
- CompTIA Security+ Certification preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of service-related experience preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
