Job Summary

Providing first-line technical support for end users, the part-time California Licensed IT Support Technician will install and troubleshoot workstation operating systems and printers, while maintaining effective communication with clients and service managers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot workstation operating systems, printers, and related components
• Provide phone technical support and onsite assistance to clients as needed
• Maintain real-time updates in the ticketing system regarding service calls and progress

Required qualifications

• CompTIA A+ Certification required
• CompTIA Security+ Certification preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of service-related experience preferred
• Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
