Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time Remote IVF Case Manager (Per Diem) will assist with the coordination and management of fertility patients, monitor treatment plans, and communicate physician orders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients
• Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records

Required qualifications

• RN required; BSN preferred
• Current state RN license without limitations required
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients
• Computer proficiency required
