Job Summary

Offering a per diem opportunity, the Remote IVF Case Manager will assist with the coordination and case management of fertility patients, monitor treatment plans, and communicate physician instructions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients
• Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records

Required qualifications

• RN required; BSN preferred
• Current state RN license without limitations required
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients
• Computer proficiency required
